What happened

The children were safely located on Tuesday, Sept. 16, and returned to their father.

Purpose

It was determined that the children’s mother had taken them after losing custody and concealed their names in an attempt to evade law enforcement. Member of the USMS MCU followed investigative leads across three states, with the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force (CARFTF), the Baltimore County Police Department, and the Arlington Police Department.
